I can't sign the card

Please ensure the card delivery date has not already passed. Once sent, cards are closed for editing. If you have purchased an individual card, only the account holder is permitted to sign. Please contact support if you would like to upgrade your card to group signatures.

Can I download and print my card?

Yes, a PDF of your card will be created upon sending which you can download from your account page or directly from the card. Please allow a few minuets for it to be generated.

Can anybody with a link add to a card?

Yes, anybody with a link can add to a group card. You are responsible for ensuring the link to a card is shared appropriately and confidentially. We provide this in a format that is unlikely to be guessed.

I have not received my login email

Login emails should only take a few seconds to arrive. Please check your spam folder of your company's email quarantine system. If you are using Office 365 you will be able to do that here: Microsoft 365 Defender.

Where do I put my password?

We operate a “passwordless” login system using email links as the only way to log in. Login's are stored in your browser and will keep you logged in for a number of weeks. This system is more secure as we are not storing passwords and makes signing up much easier. We only recommend logging out if you share your computer with others or it is not password protected.

The site is not working correctly

The site is built using modern web standards. Please ensure you are using an up to date browser like Chrome, Firefox or Edge. We no longer support Internet Explorer.

The recipient did not receive their card

Sadly, some cards get lost. Please check your spam folder of your company's email quarantine system. If you are using Office 365 you will be able to do that here: Microsoft 365 Defender. We also recommend checking in with the recipient and forwarding a link to their card, just in case. You can find these this in your account page under the "Purchased" tab.

I can't upload my image

We use automated moderation tools to filter out inappropriate content. Sometimes this turns up false positives. Unfortunately, there is no way to circumvent this and we suggest using another photo.

How do I send my card immediately?

Cards must be purchased first. Click on the "Admin" button in the card or on your Account page. There is an option at the bottom of your card settings to "Send Immediately"

My content has disappeared

The owner / creator of a card has the ability to delete user contributions on that card. Additionally if a card was setup without "Limited Editing" enabled, other guests will be able to delete content as well. Please contact them to understand why your content was deleted.

I can't edit my own signature

Please ensure you are using the same device you used to create the original comment or you are logged in if you were when creating the signature.

How long do you store my cards?

Cards are stored for up to 2 years.
