Tips to Ensure Your Card is Delivered
A few quick checks help your card arrive on time — especially for corporate inboxes.
Add us to “safe senders”
Ask your recipient (or your IT team) to add mailer@happytreecards.com to their contacts or safe-sender list. This tells mail filters we’re a friend, not spam.
Check your inbox for our welcome email and confirmations
We always email the organiser a confirmation with the card link when it is created and sent. Open it and check that it arrives in your main inbox. If it lands in spam, drag it to your inbox and mark it as not spam - future messages will follow suit. You may also need to check your email quarantine if sending to a company email address.
Share the card link or PDF directly
Every card comes with a unique URL and, once sent, a PDF that you can download. Click “Link” and drop it into your own email, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams or SMS. Messages sent from you rarely hit spam filters.
Double-check the email address
Typos happen! A quick glance at the recipient’s address saves headaches later.
Check in with the recipient, resend or change the address
If the recipient doesn’t see the card by the scheduled time, open your card dashboard. If there was a problem sending, you can change the email address and resend.
