Create a card, share it with colleagues, collect their messages and schedule it for delivery when it is ready.
Choose a cover and create the card
Select Create a Card from the home page or Browse, then choose a cover. Use the filters to narrow designs by occasion, colour, style, theme and more. Add the recipient's name and email address, your sender details and an optional first message. You can add a secondary delivery email address when needed.
Schedule delivery
Choose a delivery date, time and timezone, or select I will provide this later. You can update the delivery details from the card's Admin flow before sending. A scheduled delivery must be at least five minutes in the future.
Purchase the card
Select Save & Continue to add the draft to your basket. Use Secure Checkout or, when you have available credits, Spend Credit. After payment, the card appears in Account & Cards, ready for more editing and signing.
Gather messages and media
Open the card and share its Link with the people you want to invite. Contributors can add signatures, written messages, images, GIFs, stickers and video messages where space is available. Changes save automatically and are visible to other contributors.
Manage card settings
Open Account & Cards, find the card and select Admin to update delivery details, recipient email addresses or signing permissions. Limited Editing prevents guests from changing other contributors' content. Select Send Immediately when the card is ready to deliver now; sent cards cannot be edited further.
Track delivery and resolve problems
Your card dashboard shows delivery status. If delivery fails, select Admin to check the recipient address, update it where needed and resend the card. Keep the card link ready as a fallback and ask recipients to check their spam or junk folder before contacting support.
