How to Share Credits With Your Colleagues

When several colleagues organise cards, using one shared login can seem like the simplest way to use the same credit balance. It also makes it difficult to protect the account, tell who created or changed a card, and remove access when somebody leaves the team.

How organisation credit sharing works

Each colleague signs in with their own account, so access stays personal and secure.

Organisation credits are held in a shared balance and are available to active team members when they create eligible cards.

Admins can invite and remove members, assign admin or member roles, and set a monthly card limit for each member.

When someone accepts an invitation, they can choose whether to transfer their existing personal credits into the organisation balance. Their personal credits can remain separate if they prefer.

Admins can see organisation cards, invoices and team activity relevant to managing the account. Make sure invited colleagues understand this before they join.

Start small with Basic

How to move your team to an organisation account

1.

Choose a plan. Open Organisation Plans and select the option that fits the number of colleagues who need to create or manage cards. Basic is often enough for a small team.

2.

Create your organisation. Sign in with your own account, enter the organisation name and admin details, and complete the subscription setup. Any personal credits held by the creator move into the organisation balance so the team can share them.

3.

Invite your colleagues. Go to My Organisation and send an invitation to each colleague's own work email address. Do not give them the existing account's sign-in details.

4.

Choose roles and limits. Use the admin role only for colleagues who need to manage members, billing or organisation settings. Set monthly card limits where you want predictable team spending.

5.

Let each colleague join. They accept the invitation using their own account, add their name and decide whether to transfer any personal credits into the shared organisation balance.

6.

Review the shared setup. Check active members, roles, card limits and the available organisation credits. Your team can now create cards independently without passing one login around.
